Digital delivery via email

DIGITAL DELIVERY:

All our products are delivered digitally via e-mail. You will receive a product key, download file and installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes. Some products must be delivered manually and can take up to 1 hour to be delivered.

You can also access the product you have purchased via My Account:

  1. Go to “My Account” by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: “Hello, [your name]”.
  2. Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and press “SHOW” at the far right under the heading “ACTIONS”.
  3. On the order page you will find the product key and download guide (some products will only be assigned a download guide via e-mail).

IF YOU CAN’T FIND THE PRODUCT KEY:

If the product key is not listed on the order page or in the order confirmation, this will automatically be sent to you by e-mail within one hour from the time of purchase (Monday – Sunday 10am – 11pm (UTC+2)).

If you did not receive the product key after two hours, please contact us.
