All our products are delivered digitally via e-mail. You will receive a product key, download file and installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes. Some products must be delivered manually and can take up to 1 hour to be delivered.
You can also access the product you have purchased via My Account:
- Go to “My Account” by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: “Hello, [your name]”.
- Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and press “SHOW” at the far right under the heading “ACTIONS”.
- On the order page you will find the product key and download guide (some products will only be assigned a download guide via e-mail).

Office downloads from Microsoft servers during the installation process, and the product key works.
When you first install, it will say Office 2016 but after you enter the activation key it’ll activate Office 2021 instead. All good.

Be aware that they send you the product key by email along with a download guide – you can’t download office directly via office’s website (they don’t recognize the key), but they send you an official office download link (in officecdn.microsoft.com) in which you can download office (I guess that’s an official retail version link) and you can enter the key to activate it once it’s installed.
